Membership	Description	Fee
Association	An incorporated or unincorporated association of members. Associate members must appoint a delegate, and fill delegate details above.	$200
Family	Consists of two parents and their children under the age of 18 years. (2 parents have voting rights)	$40
Individual	A person over the age of 18 who is of PNG descent or has demonstrable connection to PNG or in the past.	$20
Student	Currently studying full-time at a recognised institute. A copy of the student ID is required. Student members have no voting rights.	$5

PNGFQI Public Liability Insurance Held Amount $20M
The information requested on this form is required to comply with the Associations
Incorporations Act 1981 and for Public Liability purposes. Membership cannot be accepted nor insurance protection available if application form is incomplete.
